We acquired this apartment for our investor to renovate/increase its ROI for short-term rental. The furnished apartment we received required a complete overhaul, as the old furniture was unusable and the space needed refreshing. The ceiling, damaged by a leak from the apartment above, required repair and painting.

After approving the estimate and design project with you, we will do everything and organize it independently, sending you weekly reports. However, if you want to immerse yourself in the process and take an active part, this is possible.
We send you weekly photo and video reports, in which the results of the work will be clearly visible, in the chat. Also, if necessary, we have online calls available in a convenient way for you (Zoom/Google Meet), where we can discuss the details and any questions you might have.
