The MBL building is considered one of the modern complexes in JLT, built by MAG GROUP in 2021, distinguishing it from other buildings in the area constructed around 2008-2009. The internal infrastructure of the building offers various entertainment zones: a large BBQ area, a lounge with a terrace, a pool with panoramic views of the lakes, a work area with massage chairs, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. No, you do not need to take direct part in the renovation process. After approving the estimate and design project with you, we will do everything and organize it independently, sending you weekly reports. However, if you want to immerse yourself in the process and take an active part, this is possible.
We send you weekly photo and video reports, in which the results of the work will be clearly visible, in the chat. Also, if necessary, we have online calls available in a convenient way for you (Zoom/Google Meet), where we can discuss the details and any questions you might have.
If you wish to come and personally see the renovation process, we will be happy to organize such an opportunity for you.
